Tent Cart & Carry On CampaignTimo Niskanen & No Fixed Abode The “Carry On” campaign brought public attention to homelessness. Timo Niskanen in association with “No Fixed Adobe” (Vailla Vakinaista Asuntoa Ry),” manufactured a prototype “Tent Cart.” The “Tent Cart” was designed for two main functions, sleeping accommodations and for storage during the day.
